Wastewater Storage Tanks
AA Fiberglass wastewater storage tanks serve a multitude of treatment roles, including septic systems, recirculation, dosing, equalization, and temporary holding. The strength, flexibility, and corrosion resistance of fiberglass make it superior to alternative materials such as plastic or steel. These tanks are mostly round but are available in many other configurations like vertical, horizontal, cone-bottom, and rectangular, and can be adapted for both above-ground and underground installations.
Water Treatment Tanks
AA Fiberglass tanks for storing wastewater are built to resist corrosion, a crucial feature for handling waste. We provide both single and double-walled options, which provide extra safety for hazardous materials. Our tanks can be customized with components such as manways, nozzles, and flanged outlets. We also offer FRP composites, which are durable, flexible, and corrosion-resistant, often surpassing concrete in performance. Our customizable internal liners that are typically made with Corrocoat, can provide additional chemical resistance which is crucial for hazardous and waste materials. We also can run a 100mil corrosion barrier with veil and resin. Additionally, we can adhere to NSF/ANSI 61 standards for water contact safety if required.
Septic Tanks
Septic tanks are commonly employed for primary treatment in onsite wastewater systems, typically operating under anaerobic conditions. Aerobic Treatment Units (ATUs) enhance waste breakdown by incorporating air pumps. Equalization tanks are utilized to smooth out flow irregularities in industrial wastewater processing. Dosing tanks are designed to store and dispense effluent for drainage systems. Holding tanks are ideal for the temporary storage of wastewater. Recirculation tanks are integral to advanced onsite systems, enhancing the overall treatment process. For custom orders, we can collaborate with other OEM’s to meet specific requirements, including tricklers.
